While the DIRT CAST DOT COM internet broadcast crew are certainly enthusiastic about their broadcasts and enthusiastic about the guests that they line up to be on the show, I have to take exception to the following quote from the Dirt Cast PR Department: "this being the best chance he has ever had" referring to Stevie Smith and his return to the Black Bandit with CL Motorsports, and making it sound as though they are quoting Stevie, when what Smith actually said on the show, and I quote “One of my best chances” was the exact quote from the archives............Dirt Cast needs to do a little more research about Stevie and specifically Al Hamilton before they refer to an untested team (the CL Motorsports Black Bandit 19) as the BEST chance he (Stevie) has ever had and listen to their own show for exact quotes. Stevie is in the top ten list of all time A Main WoO wins if memory serves me correctly, and the bulk of those wins came from owner Al Hamilton footing the bill. Also have to wonder if Fast Freddie Rahmer is a tad nervous about his deal with the Clemons since they became involved with Luck and the Black Bandit deal ?

Dave Seay's first love is Late Model racing but I think he does a good job interviewing drivers from other forms of the sport.

P.S. I did some interviews for XR on both a local site that is no longer in existence and a few for Dirtcast during the 2009 season. It was kind of interesting to get that kind of perspective. I was doing some mobile stuff with a recorder as well as Skype interviews. It's not as easy as it might appear.
