Cant wait to support him and get his merchandise. Like the idea of him being a " true outlaw" He will do just fine without the WoO. Glad to see a man stand up for his rights!

How can he be a true outlaw when racing already started and he was to affraid to take the wing off ? Hes a picker and chooser . He cant be to hungry or he would have been racing with USAC.

Since when did you have to run non-wing to be an outlaw and as for picking and choosing if you are under the illusion that most drivers don`t then your on the wrong planet.
I SUPPORT JASON SIDES FROM DOWN UNDER

I have not heard the results of Jason's suit - but I hope he registered it in a strong "right to work" state. Quite a few years ago we had a similar - right to race where and when we wanted - in the state of Texas - and our "Right to work laws" said that anyone could race where and when we wanted with no adverse results. In other words - no organization can tell you when or where you can or cannot race... and they cannot keep you from racing with them.
I have been a Jason Sides fan longer than.... well - for a long, long time.

If I'm correct, this has been filed in the right to work state, North Carolina! Go Jason and Sides Motorsports and collect what belongs to you and MORE! Court is to start in August!
i just remembered i was supposed to remember to
remember something but cant remember what i was
supposed to remember.

Whatever An Outlaw is just that races when and where he wants to race. Not like you sit at home and see an entry list and then make a choice of where to go race! If that's how you think it works then you need to get of the tit and go attend a few races throughout the USA. I doubt that Jason is afraid to race anything anywhere. He will do just fine in the World without Outlaws! Get them shirts out soon Jason cause I need a bunch. Sides for President a man that stands up for his rights.

I.m 100% on Jason's side (no pun intended!) But a correction is in order: "Right to Work" laws have nothing whatsoever to do with a right to work. They're all about busting unions!

Your statement is 100% correct revjimk, it's all about busting union's! Not sure how it works now adays but the last time I worked out-of-state was back in 1989, my taxes where done in my home state-even with the out state work.

Did Jason' suit ever get filed? To my knowledge he announced he was suing the Outlaws, and then they actually filed suit against him? I could be wrong though, it happens.

You're an idiot!!!!! Clearly some the most financially depressed states in the US and states with HIGH unemployment rates are the ones that have the strongest unions which require employers to overpay under producing democrat employees that believe they are "entitled" to higher pay just because they join up with a "union" of people unwilling to work to EARN higher pay.
