Yeah mine was also chewed up quite a bit. Looks like it has been run over a few times.

One of the few benefits of living in a place where there aren't as many racing fans per capita as Indiana. The mail man never wears out any of my racing publications. The neighbor's Sports Illustrated takes a pretty good beating though.

The last issue before the Chili Bowl arrived in a clear plastic bag - torn to bits. I told them about it at their booth at the trade show and they gave me another copy. Maybe if you contact them they will respond accordingly. I can't promise since I'm not affiliated with them - but they were good to me.

This is the product of the great automation of the post office. They have machines that sort the mail. I have regular envelopes get shredded that they put in a baggy with an oops sticker on it.

Yes,to all the above and USPS damages,I also deal with Ebay and in the last year have several hundreds of dollars worth of breakable merchandise arrive in shreds and dust inside the boxes,I have stood at my local post office sorting area and looked thru the window as boxes after boxes go flying thru the air to either hit a tote or hit the floor. I have always been reimbursed though. But,my racing magazines, one copy never arrived and was replaced but about every third one looks like it went to Baghdad and back and arrives later rather than sooner.Did I tell you about my Sooner dog? Later.

Nearly every issue is chewed up and some of the magazine unreadable due to the damage. I live in the Charlotte area so the problem seems to be nation wide, not just in any one area of the country. Also, I don't remember the last issue that I actually received.

My December issue of Sprint and Midget Magazine looked like it had been run thru a paper shredder, sent Sprint and Midget Publisher a email, no reply. I live in the Kansas City Missouri area. At least the could send a reply to a email.

Problem also in Texas. Maybe 2 out of 12 (annual subscription) had no damage. Others had some damage, torn covers, with probably another 2 of those severely damaged. I only receive one other magazine (was gift for Xmas) via mail and have had no damage to those. And the ones I really wanted to keep were the most damaged...go figure. Is a problem.......

I've been getting it here in AZ for about 8 years, and I've had a few torn covers, but nothing more.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

Kinda makes me wonder if it isn't the post office they're sending it out of?
Sort of a 'Murphy's Law' idea type of thing- do all that work, and send it out unknowingly via a rottweiller or two?

Simple solution. Make sure that you get Flat Out too. Mine always arrives in perfect condition.
