Sprint Car Doubleheader Shapes Up As Caney Valley Speedway Event Reschedules To October 15^th

Tulsa, Oklahoma (October 6, 2011) – Officials with the Oil Capital Racing Series and Caney Valley Speedway in Caney Kansas have rescheduled the OCRS sprint car season finale event from Saturday October 22^nd to Saturday October 15^th.This makes for a sprint car doubleheader as OCRS will also compete at the Outlaw Motor Speedway on Friday, October 14^th.Race fans and race teams should mark their calendars accordingly. The doubleheader weekend will settle the fight for the 2011 OCRS championship where Tulsa’s Sean McClelland leads Moore’s Whit Gastineau by only 77 points. McClelland will be looking for his third OCRS crown while Gastineau attempts to gain his first series championship.
