That should be a heck of a show if they run as good as your car! Haven't heard a 6 cyl run that smooth in a long long time.

Brian, here's link to one of our cars running some test laps at West Siloam Speedway a couple of years ago. It's a sweet sounding 240 ci Ford in a 34 Chevy coupe .http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lJDXAzxDgI

Bruce,

I enjoyed the track time the other day. I guess I will need to wait until one of the open events so I can get to drive with the rest of the OVSCRA club.

Dan

98 vintage modified.

Dan, great to hear from you. Hopefully at some event in the future we will be on the track together again. Like I told Keith Roller on another forum, you never know I might show up in Texas in late October!

Have fun on the DIRT!!

Bob Fink from Florida will be racing with us on the 24th of Sept. in the number 6 Model A Modified. Sad to say, but when he leaves to go back home, the 6 car will go with him. We've had fun racing this car for the last several years.

Here's Bob and his car that he has been racing off and on since the mid 90's. It's a 34 Plymouth with a slant 6 engine!! It has been a very competitive race car over the years.

Brian: Andy's wife Mary videos the races, but she is not digital. Christy, Chad's wife videoed the heat race we had at one time on the web site. We'll see what we can get.

Here's Chad's new ride, on the trailer, the dust washed off, ready for it's first night on the track since the late sixties!! It's a 34 Chevy sedan with a 250 inline 6, 3 speed trans, and a quick change. See it at Crawford County Speedway tonight as we hit the dirt for some vintage racing fun!!

You better losin that thing up with them Hoosers on the back of it,,i dont think that car ever seen tires that bite that good...It may have had March racing tires back when it ran...Just kiddin ? maybe.,,,,It would have been something to have tires like that back then on them...Good luck.....

Win as if you are use to it.And lose as if you enjoyed
it for a change. Its hard to get to the top and alot
harder to stay there.
