There was a lot of woodwork just to get the car packed and shipped from Washington state.
Right now it is still in the crate waiting for the next decided location to go to for restoration.

A lot of parts for this car came with it, some not original but close enough.
When you heard the rumors in the 70's about aluminum sprint car(s?), this was most likely the car all those rumors originated from.
I am not aware of any other aluminum framed dirt track sprint car (raced and banned) from this period , other than this car.
In another thread Marty Breiten (Boyd 'Bones' Breiten's son) had sent me a message about 2 Pikes Peak cars built later, with coil overs.------I did confirm the message was from Marty, we have a mutual friend from the place I work at here in Ardmore.

Shane noted yesterday the hubs had hex-nuts instead of winged knock offs. I noted Nance only had steel knockoffs (3 wing) as far as I knew,
Did Nance have hex-nuts on his cars in the late 70's as an option? I know they were already out tthere on Indy Cars.
