I think it may be, I can't remember for the life of me the credit on the photo. All I can remember is that I found it on Panoramio and that name is familiar. Thanks to whoever took that photo, that is very unique and cool.

Well if you found it on Panoramio, then you would have seen who took the pic, & asked for permission, cause its mine.

If you were worried about someone using it, why would you post it on a website that someone could potenially copy it from. Thats like leaving your car with the windows down and keys in the ignition then getting upset cause someone drove off in it.

Not speaking for him....but my guess is he thought it was a great thing and wanted to share it with others that might think so. That photo is rather well circulated...and I am pretty sure he is very proud of it. Surely he was not hoping to share with people who would copy/steal it and use it for their own devices. BTW...that is nothing like leaving your keys in your car with the windows down. More like hanging a painting in a gallery and someone running away with it. I am pretty sure most of the world views that as petty theft...not negligence.
