I hate to say it and I am sure Kasey hates to declare it, but who will be in the 9 car as soon as Tuesday at Lernerville?
The whole situataion is total garbage, but it has to be done and who can fill the shoes of a future HoFer legend, for several weeks? I don't envy Kasey over the next 72 hours.

Christ's peace to Joey..wow must be very frustrating. Put Curt Stroup in it. He couldn't be any worse than Cody. He has an old Dodge van for a tow rig and does quite well with it. I'm being serious. I sick of the silver spoon boys getting all the love.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Brooke Tatnell runs with his elbos up all the time. Last year he won two outlaw shows on a very low budget. Would be awesome to see what he could do with a high profile team such as Kasey Kahne Racing,

Its going to be Kasey when he can fill in and Brad Sweet when he cant. Guy cars are funny sometimes.
I don't aim to please.
I aim to hit the target.

Well he gave Darrah a ride. So come on back home and put the local kid Trey Starks in for a few weeks. Has had some very very good runs against some of the best in the country. I know he is very young but the kid has got talent!

Kyle Larson, the kid can wheel and doesn't tear up a lot of stuff.

Kasey is a good driver but let's be honest. he isn't good enough to keep the car up there fighting for the owner Championship. he needs a veteran winner if he is worried about winning it. Just my 2 cents.

I dont think its so much the arm as it is the lung that will be the issue. I doubt you will see larson in a KKR ride might impact his other KKR ride.

Several drivers come to mind. Shane Stewart, Wayne Johnson, Blake Feese, Kyle Larson, WILD CHILD, and Danny Lasoski to name a few. It all depends on what he is looking for if anything. Gasser=Wild Child, Consistency=Shane Stewart. All Around-Danny Lasoski

I can think of several differnet drivers that would do well for KKR filling in for Joey. However, you have to think about the logistical issues some of those drivers face:
Shane Stewart - he's leading the ASCS National points and he would likely miss the 360 Nationals. You think he is going to toss away $60k points payout? Not likely.
Danny Lasoski - Leading the Knoxville points, by a lot I might add. If he filled the seat he would lose the points lead after the 2nd week.
Daryn Pittman - Driving a very good car already and looking at his schedule is going to most of the outlaw races already between now and the nationals. What does he gain other than exposure? What does he lose - possibly pissing off his current car owner
Jason Johnson - Possible and I do think he'd do great. He missed the first couple of races with ASCS National so he might have nothing to lose if he filled the seat.
Tim Keading - Leading the KWS points and it pays $50k to win (so I've read)
Kyle Larson - Driving a USAC midget and Silver Crown car and would miss a few races while up in Canada with the outlaws.
Brooke Tatnell - My personal choice to fill the seat.
Then the list could go on and on with proven drivers that I'm not sure how serious they are with chasing points elsewhere - Lance Dewease, Greg Hodnett, Jac Haudenschild, Jason Solwold, Tyler Walker, Wayne Johnson, Jonathan Allard, Mark Dobmeier, etc.

My vote is for Dusty Zomer, I want to see this kid get shot in a good car real bad, I think he might surprise some people.
