It is what it is and doesn't really matter to me but Husets points seem like a joke the way it is set up. Do any other tracks out there count heat races and feature finishes the same points? Heats are a total draw and the track conditions aren't the most favorable for passing. It seems to me that they should count a little less than feature finishes anyway. Reward the guy for racing his way to the front of a feature if he had to come from back further if he didn't have a good heat race or a lucky heat race draw. The Knoxville system seems to work well. How do the Pennsylvania tracks do it?

Huset's entire line up system is a joke and it gets old watching the grader every Sunday.

Huset's severly needs to go back to time trials. Now that T-mac isn't there to win every show from the 2nd row every week. Just my thoughts.

The 410 tracks in PA give appearance points (usually 50) to each driver, then award points just on the feature finish. No heat points.
All those races McCarl won at Huset's were from the second row or something close to that? Wow, I never knew that.

You never knew that because it ain't true. McCarl has won starting everywhere at Huset's. I've seen many nights he came from (10)th or farther back...CZ

I seen McCarl start dead last and win, I just remember when they did time trials, it seemed like he started very close to the front a lot. Definately a lot more times than started towards the back. I also remember one time he was leading got a flat, and restarted last and still come back and take the win by a hair.

every night I have been there, he won, but NEDVER from up front. Seems like for one reason or another, he was always near the tail of at least mid pack.
Terry is just plain good as long as there is no breakage.

No disrespect to Husets' drivers, but McCarl was in a league of his own there. He did not win all his races from the 2nd row. It was exciting to see him start in back and watch him smoke through the field.

And you sure as hell better not post facts regarding certain, golden-certified drivers on there as well. The family's very own drivers can physically threaten people on that board and not get banned, but you can't post facts about Mr. Goldy without getting the heave-ho.
