Does anyone know what went on in the pits between McCarl and Don Droud Jr? I like both guys and think Droud is a very good driver and person, but from what I seen he put two dirty moves on T-Mac. Whats everyone elses opinion?

Well............it is a dirt track ..... so 'dirty moves' wouldn't be considered unusual would they ???
Droud doesn't have a rear view mirror ....so my opinion is....... it's just a racing deal.

He didnt need a rearview mirror after T-mac had past him coming out of 2, then i watched from the balcony of the hall of fame as Droud turned his wheels into T-mac and then caused Shatz to destroy his car, so tell me, would a rearview mirror prevented that!

That is one ..... please give us the other example of the '2 dirty moves' your original post refers to.

Right before the red Droud found out Terry was faster than he was. Once the race went green and Droud had gotten his spot back he did all he could to keep Terry behind him. I can't say it was anything dirty but it looked like something you would see in a Nascar race!

Terry was faster and Droud passed him and got his spot back right.
So how did he do that being slower and all
And then he had the nerve to try to stay a head of him.
Dosen't he know that as a real racer he should let him go.

You must have missed the sarcasm...I wasn't blaming Droud for what he did but you don't generally see that much blocking in sprint car racing. There usually isn't enough time to worry about it. Had the red not came out...this wouldn't have been a factor.

No radios......no spotters ....no rear view mirrors ......no way ....
If you tag or rub another car in open wheel cars like sprints and midgets ...it's a 50/50 chance you are the one going for a ride (see replay of Rager Phillips 'rubbin' Josh Schneiderman Sat. night ...by the way I am NOT saying that was in any way deliberate ...just an example of the above)
Droud and McCarl have raced side by side for years and I doubt either one has a personal vendetta against the other.
Heat of the moment deal .... by next weekend .... it'll be over and done, and on to the next non event.
