April 9th is a very busy day for touring sprint car series in NorCal. Which race will you be at?
I was kind of surprised to see Petaluma & Antioch have a big race the same weekend. Usually those tracks work together with scheduling.
April 9th:
- King of the West 410's - Antioch
- Civil War 360's - Petaluma
- ASCS SoCal 360's - Kings

Antioch... my wife vows to never go back... but since it will be early in the season the track should be better than the last trips...

Sounds good for you then. No nagging from the old lady and you get to watch the opener for the KWS, win win deal.
Cheers!

I think I will just stay home and recoup from all the March Outlaw shows and such...I too vowed to never go back to Antioch....horrible track, fans and the concessions were freaking ridiculous....
However...the only reason I may consider going would be to support the KWS.
Nope...can't do it. Sorry folks
The older I get, the faster I used to be.

Come on Throttle! Give it one more try at Antioch
Although I'd say eating before you get there would probably be best, because I think we'll have a pretty large crowd and that won't help the concession lines.

Antioch has it's issues but the track always seems to produce great racing when the 410's are in town. The new high banks are great too.

The concession in the pits is the place to eat at Antioch!

Civil War's first visit of the year to the Petaluma 3/8ths on April 9th promises to be outstanding as usual. A couple driver changes this year with the Forsberg/F&F deal and the Ensign/Vertullo deal, not to mention the return of the two time track champion Alissa Geving to the Civil War roster, and the usual awesome 360 racing Petaluma Civil Wars never cease to produce makes it a must see.
101N or S to the Washington Street exit, then one block west to the Baddest Bullring in the Bay Area.
Season opens March 26th. www.petaluma-speedway.com, find us on facebook and Twitter @petalumaspeedwy with no A in speedwAy.
