Is "Knoxville Nationals" copy writed? Do you need to get permission to use "Knoxville Nationals" on a t-shirt design to sell?
Thanks for any info.

I'd say yes, but I'd call the track to get a definitive answer. Most likely anything that you get on here will be a guess.....just like my answer.....

Just as sprinter25 said, this is just a guess, but over the years I have noticed anything with "Knoxville Nationals" or "Knoxville Raceway" on it has the officially licensed product of Knoxville Raceway logo on it. Non licensed items just have "Knoxville" or "Nationals."

Yes, and yes. Without buying licensing rights from the Speedway, I would advise 100% against even attempting it. Unless you want a bunch of shirts you can't get rid of...
