They had a booth at one of the car shows a few year ago talking about a new facility near atwater with a dirt track and paved ovals, road course and drag strip. Does anyone know whats going on? and how soon untill we have a new stop on the schedule?

Very timely inquiry. A March update is published on their "Fast Track" info page at http://www.rmpracing.com/fast_track_0307.pdf . The EIR was approved by Merced Co. authorities in Dec. 2006. On-site and off-site engineering has commenced.
And dated today, 5/5/07, there is also a PR saying they have signed a 5 yr. agreement with Rusty Wallace for consulting on the motorsports courses. http://www.rmpracing.com/040407_rusty_wallace.pdf
