360 : 7k- Wolfgang, 2d- Ballenger, 22- Heinzerling, 4- Hanson, 15- Riedel, 11xs- Peterson, 75c- Heser, 75- Barber, 1- Micah Schlieman, 81- Jansen

Congrats to Chuck on winning $7500.
For those who weren't @ Huset's, you didn't miss much. The Outlaw Sprint feature turned into the 25 lap Huset's Speedway Rubberfest, 2010. Get on the bottom, follow the leader, freight train racing at it's worse. Survival of the Goodyear tires.

Good job Chucky. Husets should be ashamed for being the worst track I have ever been to. The Rubins need to sell it to somebody who likes racing.
Still love husets

Took my 4 year old to the races and figured with a 5pm start time and being the "Home of the Professionals" we could figure on being out of there by 8pm. Wrong. 5 1/2 hours to run a regular race. Horrible racing, bad track prep which has become the norm and that place. Embarrassing. Keep the street stocks, 360's, and 410's dump the rest.......Those 2 classes usally cant complete a race within the time limit. But knowing the current ownership they will probally bring in the 4 cylinders, powder puffs, maybe some figure 8 racing. TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!!! Better luck next year.

Looking at some victory lane photos from Huset's, why does the flagman insist on holding the flag in front of the wing and blocking the sponsors?

This is another good example of how NICE GUYS and LOW BUCK teams can win. Congrats Chuck. On every restart he pulled away from the big dollar motors . Experience showed how to put a spanking on the BIG MONEY BOYS. Rubins you should be ashamed of yourself for that POS track. There was not one tiny piece of mud on the wall.

Yeah I was there and was glad to see him win. I was very disappointed with the track prep though and the fact that it took forever (5 1/2 hours). I agree too that they need to race the hobby stocks and modifieds either on a different night or not at all. The races are 12 laps long and take forever with the cautions. I probably would have left there disappointed but was glad Chuck won and Lynton Jeffrey won the championship.

My solution for the hobby/mods and any classes other than the 360's and 410's is to make the races more laps and count ALL laps after the initial green flag is dropped. Instead of a 12 lap race give them 20 and count caution laps.
Nobody gets to change a tire, period.
Those 2 rule changes should help clean up the driving in the fender classes. If nothing else it shortens up the amount of time they waste.
