It's the 6th Annual Cajun Classic at Ark-La-Tex Speedway in the northwest corner of Louisiana where the Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas state lines join up. NO entry fee of course!

Here's your rules:

Rules for IMCA Hobby Stocks and other classes of Pure Stocks, Bombers, Cruisers, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, etc. depending on where you race may be very close to these. Questions? Call 318-218-9430 for more information. Better get busy!

The 6th Annual Cajun Classic is set for THIS weekend at Ark-La-Tex Speedway in Vivian, Louisiana where Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana all meet up for great racing action! Thursday night is open practice. Pit passes are just $10. Grandstand closed.

22 cars will start the Cajun Classic Factory Stock A-main.

You can race your way in, draw your way in or even buy your way in!

20 Factory Stocks will qualify for the $5000 to win, $200 to start A-main event. There is NO entry fee.

The 21st starting spot will be drawn from the non-qualifiers after qualifying is completed on Saturday.

The 22nd starting spot will be auctioned to the highest bidder.

On Friday, each car runs 2 qualifying races. Passing points will be used. The combined total scores will set the qualifying race line-ups for Saturday. The top 20 scores who do not transfer out of Saturday's 'A' qualifiers will run a last chance race.

Each night will have a complete Sprint Car show. (Heats & feature) Pro-Mods & Beginner Cruisers race both nights as well. The Pro-Mods will be racing for $1000 to win.

Friday's pit pass is $25. The grandstand is $10 with kids 10 and under, free.

Saturday's pit pass is $30. Grandstand is $15 with kids 10 and under, free.

Practice TOMORROW night (Thursday). Good luck to any Okies that come. Last year there were two and at least one of them made the A-main too.

Last year I think there was four cars from Oklahoma with two of them making the A main and one in a transfer spot when there was a wreck in front of him that took him out
