August 1957--Martinsville-1/2 mile paved
I was under the impression they were in OkC in 1957 during the summer-which means many of these actual cars were most likely there since most teams only had ONE car. Most roofs were detachable so they could run convertable and hardtop Grand National (now Sprint Cup-NASCAR).
