I started to think that some people might think Save Fair Speedway LLC was tied with Lanny. We are a separate entity. We were working with Lanny and the ORA in trying to save the 2010 season. The LLC's primary goal is to save the track for the years to come. We are working on this goal each and every day.

That is why we ask for support all the time b/c there are strength in numbers and we are moving forward with the fight. Lets win the war as a group and not as individuals.

I ran into Erich on IOW, and Mandy was on here looking for help. Lanny was going to do what he felt he needed to do either way.

Before I know it, I see several people working together to help save the speedway, including some of Lannys rivals. Polished or not, they are in the arena for everybody else and could use a hand. They are real people. Their intentions are true.

I am not one to Sugar Coat things. But there are allot of things happening behind the scenes that cannot be reviled at this time. The "Save Fair Speedway" group is working with the ORA to find a reasonable solution with the City of Oklahoma City and the State Fair Board.

Just because information has been slow in coming absolutely does not mean we have given up our efforts. We all know that the 2010 season will not happen at SFS.

Our efforts and cause have moved foreword, saving the Historical Speedway for generations to come.

So what if we lose a season or two while the Track is rebuilt or brought up to code. The goal is to keep a piece of Oklahoma's History.
