Just wanted to ask a few questions about what everyone knows about the Knoxville scene for 2007.
1. Is Dustin Lindquist going to be there full-time with Forebrook?
2. Is Wayne Johnson going to run the ASCS national tour full-time, or make a return to Knoxville?
3. Are Trevor Greene and Ian Madsen coming back from Australia?
I think Alley and Brown will be the main contenders for the championship once again, with Zomer, Lindquist??, Dobmeier, and others fighting for top five in points. What does everyone else think?

Rumor has it Lindquist running for points
Wayne is running ASCS tour but will have the 14AJ at Knoxville when ASCS is off
Not sure about the Aussies
DMJ in the 17G will be right up front also with Brown and Alley

Wayne will be running the ASCS National Tour competing for the championship. He will run a few times at Knoxville in the Fattro Motorsports 14AJ to test and tune for the 410 Nationals but only when the ASCS schedule permits.

Any word on Gianetto?
I look for Bronson Maeson to improve "even more" this year - The kid has been moving steadily forward and takes good care of his equipment. (Hey Meashon if your lurkin, this is "Muscatine" good luck go get em son)

According to his website, Kaley Gharst will be running for points at Knoxville this year. Where does he fit into the equation?

Last I checked, as far as newcomers to the division: Matt Moro will be in his own car, Larry Pinegar II for Larry Weeks, Sean Walden from Arkansas, young Missouri driver Jonathan Cornell will be in #2TX, Jack Dover from Nebraska possibly. Many of the familiar drivers will be back. Davey Heskin, Dustin Lindquist and Jon Corbin to 410s...

Jesse Giannetto has yet to secure a ride, unless something comes up quick I don't imagine you will see him racing at Knoxville this year although I'm sure he will be wondering the pits. I know he is still hoping to continue to drive.

Don't count Ricky Logan out of contention in thee 410 class, and watch for Jeff Mitrisin in the 360's. These are 2 seasoned veterans who know their way around Knoxville, and are with teams that they have ran successfully with in the past.

Here is the top 6 in points from last year... I can't see it being much different...
2915 1st 55 Billy Alley Lincoln, NE
2910 2nd 21 Brian Brown Grain Valley, MO
2260 3rd 40 Clint Garner Sioux Falls, SD
2220 4th 2 Skip Jackson Sydney, NSW, Aust.
1770 5th 12 Lynton Jeffrey Sydney, NSW, Aust./Prairie City, IA
1745 6th 70 Calvin Landis Knoxville, IA
DMJ and Logan will definatley have something to say about all of that.....maybe Linquist.. but I think I'm correct in saying everyone in the top 6 above won an A-main last season.....

Jake really had been hoping to run 410's at Knoxville but realized he just didn't have near the financial backing he needed to do it and the ride he was hoping for fell thru. So it will be 360's again at Knoxville and 410 at Husets where you can get by with 1 underpowered motor. The way he wheeled that 410 around at Husets last year winning the championship and usually starting deeper in the field and with the IRA late in the season proves he belongs in a 410.
