From what I gather talking with Eddie Martin, alot of guys and owners at Siloam Springs are not happy and three people have bought into Salina. Am still trying to find out more but sounded as if it was a done deal.
Was posted last week or two on the latest edition of "tidbits" on the front page.

If nothing has changed, it was announced a couple months ago that Gary Dilbeck had bought Salina. I believe he is a modified guy, maybe out of Coweta. It's been kind of quiet since the announcement, but at the time they were hoping to get in a couple races before the end of the year.

I talked to Gary Dilbeck when it first was mentioned about Salina being opened. He said he has nothing to do with it. It is Joey Ross and two others.
