I would do it for ya but I will try to instruct ya so you can learn on your own (was told that too much in school, my turn now). The third symbol from the right there is what looks like a small picture with a mountain and sun. Click that and then upload your file. After you have uploaded your file, then click that picture to insert and then it should appear. Hope it helps, if not then let me know.
