I bought a couple hoods and a nose from a guy called Pruit out of pennsylvania. He has over 200 original molds and a inhouse glass shop. he says he has original grant king molds. Hell he even invited me to the vintage meet at williams grove. i wish i could go as it may have as much history as knoxville. I have his number at work and i will post it monday. his name is AL PRUETT AND SONS INC. 1800 766 0035. THIS MAN LOVES VINTAGE RACE CARS AND DOES GREAT WORK. LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE CALLS HIM.

i ordered 2 different hoods and a nose and turn around was 21 days.

Good to hear that Ralph is back in business. The last time I tried to buy something from him, his shop was closed because he was out with some sort of long term health problems.

There was a mention of the guy in PA who builds fiberglass sprint car bodies. The phone number is for his parents company and not his. If you could forward this to the parts site: Ralph Pruett 717-817-7418 I have a parts list coming from him by snail mail and will scan and forward to you for your site. I have my 96" Chevy 292 6 cylinder modified with his hood and tail on it and he does a great job. Thanks, Carlton Calfee

is this number still good? couldnt get thru. i need an early 80s gambler hood , not sure were to find one or who would have a mold thanks, pete
