Can anyone tell me what the season ending point fund is at any 410 tracks across the country?
I attended the Huset's banquet this past weekend, and it had been well documented that it paid $10,000 to win, which is outstanding! After some asking around, I found out that 2nd paid $1200, 3rd was $1000, and 4th was $700. I don't know the rest, but you get the idea. $10,000 to $1,200 is pretty bad. Also, there were no door prizes or anything like that given away.
Please share any info you can on this subject. Is this average for 410's? What do other tracks pay? I don't know, but I was thinking it would pay better than that.

The $10,000 was paid for by a sponsor, not the track owners. I'm pretty sure the last few years points payout was the same as the weekly payout for 410's.

I believe Attica and Fremont are the same as an A-main purse payout - $2500 for 1st...
This is part of the reason we decided to form F.A.S.T. for 2009 to put some extra money back into the driver's pockets at the end of the season.

I believe Knoxville's Point Champ get right around $25,000 (owner and driver combined), and the total point fund/prizes exceeds $250,000 for both classes (410's and 360's).
