Too many damn sh*tboxes... we are in for a loooooong night. What happened to the dirtvision video broadcast for tonight? Their site says that due to the change in speedtv broadcast schedule both nights of the WoO at Lowes will be televised by SPEED. Well, I just checked and there is more nascrap garbage being broadcast...what gives?? Anyone from the WoO care to explain?
Cheers!

They are in shit box country.
I think maybe Lowes got Speed TV to telecast Friday night because of the sbs so it will be shown to a larger market than just live video on DV. Us subscribers should get some kind of credit however small.
I am thankful to be able to listen to the live audio broadcasts free.

Beings you are making Lucas posse AGAIN, I'd have to say that a local from Australia kicked everyone's tail, including all posse members last night. Then some guy that is a past local WISSOTA points champion in the 360 ranks and a Dakota land local ran second, followed by a local regular from Knoxville running 3rd, then we FINALLY get a WoO regular in there in the 4th spot, followed by a posse guy. Looks to me like the midwest guys, along with the down-under contigent put a spanking on the posse last night

Thats the myth that some people like to spread. 4 cylinder "hornet" mini stock sedans seem to run side by side with close action too but I am sorry it just doesnt do much for me. I like, on the edge, fast, slicing and dicing with slide jobs etc. with the BEST RACERS battling it out. You can have those late model "sedans" I will only pay good hard earned money to watch "race cars" or sprint cars as they are popularly known. Dont get me wrong, promoters probably make their nut off the back gate of a late model sedan show alone but having alot of cars that I dont care for just isnt worth spending money on. Till the world finals seperates the race cars and sedans I wont be going. Not to mention the track will more than likely be crap after the 50 lap caution fest known as the late model main event. Just my 2 cents worth and this is a sprint car forum afterall...
Cheers!

I like watching sprint cars as much as anyone but those "sedans" as you call them put on a heck of a lot better show than the sprint cars last night in the features.
You can hardly call that sprint car feature exciting when the poll sitter takes off and hides.
But those "sedans" had 4 different leaders and 5 cars fighting for the lead all feature long. Now that's exciting racing!!!!

I am an outlaw sprint car fan first and foremost. However, I have seen MANY great late model races, starting with the first 9 World 100s. I also remember my favorite driver, Larry Moore, driving the D1RT car at one point!
