FT: Miller. Dash: Gardner. Heats: Ballard, Mitchell, T. Jones, Argo. +/- 32 cars including several "national" cars.
A Main grid:
Ripper - Tony Jones
T. Brown - Spencer
Showtime - Demon
Faas - Miller
Cardey - Ford
A Main: Damion Gardner, Mike Spencer, Blake Miller, Danny Sheridan, Chad Boat.
Ripper lead for a lap and gave it up to T. J., who lead through a HOT dozen-lap battle with the Demon until he spun in turn three. After the yellow, it was all Damion in the gray #71, Pace Electronics car.

It really is a bummer, for I thought Tony Jones was the only one that had anything for Gardner tonight. It was setting up to be a classic battle until they ran into lapped traffic. LOL, if it would have been a forty-lapper, Jones would have probably earned himself a podium finish. After the spin he charged to a sixth place finish. Great night of racing though, there was a large crowd and you could really feel the electricity with the Oval Nationals on the horizon.

"...several "national" cars."...Really? I believe the only two tour cars were the Leffler-Gardner-Pace #71 and the Boat #30. Only other National driver was Whitt, right?
