Wilmot hillbillies must have control of this board also.

Ya know I started the post and did not look at it all day yesterday and now I see it is gone. I did not think anything was out of line just the truth! Anyways those Hillbillies/Promotors? SUCK. Here is to hoping 2009 racing season is with new promotors.

I put a post on here asking if A.J. DAD was also Jim. If so, I would like to talk with you about videos or films from Geneva and Wilmot, that you may have. I am VERY interested in seeing that old stuff. I have what is available so far, and was just wondering if there is more. Thanks......

I am not sure what got posted after I did yesterday, but all I saw was within reason, no slander, just opinions. I did say they were the worst promotors I have seen in 32 years around racing around America, and I stand by that.

Maybe we need to keep posting political polls so we are politically correct on a racing board.

I"m Moon, I'm an ass****, and I approve this message.

I didn't see anything out of line in the post either - just fans venting frustration on what sounded like a ridiculous way to run a track. I went to the place once way back in the mid 80's and it was a dump then and sounds like things haven't gotten any better 20 years later. I did like the square tube modifieds they ran back then though. At least I don't remember any hillbillies or farm machinery on the track but the stands and such were run down, rickity and rusty. Wonder why the thread was pulled??? Mod? ... Beuhler? ... anyone? .......

Everything posted was the truth and nothing but the truth. Someone needs to get through to these fair board members. Posting on hoseheads only goes so far since none of them have ever heard of the site. We need someone to put an ad in the Kenosha news or somekind of hillbillie trader paper speaking more of the truth. Like I said before if these idiots get another chance at "running" Wilmot speedway KISS IT GOODBYE cause the fans have officially had it.

I was also wondering what happened to that post??? I can say I have never seen one yanked for talking facts!!!! Been trying to hang on to sprint car racing there but this last "stab in the back" is it!! Will not go back until someone else runs it!!!! What a shame, could be a great place to run with the right people.

The track is not all that bad. The stands are decent. The promotors have ruined a good close place to race. I talked to another friend last night that races the bomber or sport class and he supposedly was racing one of the Symon/Hillbillie cars too close so they black flagged him in the feature. They just do stupid stuff to try and help benifit there cars or there friends cars all the time. Ya cannot be biased like that and show as much favortism. We have not even talked about the money penalties given out on the last few years. One sprint car racer supposely left tires in his pit, he did not but they fined him. A sprint car got upside down a few weeks ago and the check valve did not hold all the fuel in so they with held his check. There are many other stories that could be shared on here about how stupid these hillbilies run this place. I do not want it to get closed up. Been going there my whole life until these guys got it. The past promoters Toft, Calnin, Winker, all ran a good show.So lets all hope that 2009 brings a new promoter with a full set of teeth.

Everybodys got a bunch of stories from the last few years mostly negetive. If its a modified race you need to be in your position for at least 3 laps otherwise your going backwards on cautions. If its a simons and theres a yellow they get bumped up a few spots. I've never seen cars(#24,#25 for example) go from the back to the front without passing anybody. The favortism is so obvious. I've seen these hillbillies send the cars around the track 10 x-tra times just so a simons SHI!BOX could get water in his radiator. I am far from religious but I'm asking everybody to pray that the fairboard sees the light and looks at other options.
