ok i see everyone is looking for skins for the dtrsc games etc.. but how do you paint them what do you need to have to paint them?

A few years ago a friend of mine painted some up using Jasc Paint Shop Pro... pretty sure you could use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator also.
Fenders are like vacuums... they both suck.
