I would like to thank Sam for helping out my friend tonight by donating a rocker arm after his broke in hot laps and could not qualify... not to mention, Sam offering any help he could while his 2 pit guys were preparing his own car. Thanks for allowing this local team to be able to race tonight, and get a respectable finish in the A against the best! Also, thanks for being one of the last teams to wait around for the fans until the support class was over, you were one of the VERY few still there ( that wasn't fixing wrecked cars.) Your team is a class act, and you definitely acquired some new fans tonight, both spectators and race team members. Thanks again and good luck the rest of the year! Oh, and I hope you found that car wash.... wink

It was great that Sam helped out. I know I have a new favorite driver now. He and his crew were great. Best of luck for the rest of the season.

Sammy helped him a lot when he first started with the Outlaws.......he must have taught him a lot more than just how to set up and drive a race car........apparently a role model as well

He's a good kid.. Have seen him run in the sprint car ranks for four years now.. I have always been impressed with his abilities behind the wheel. His father I am sure keeps him well grounded and helps keep him humble.. Sam Jr. is a class act for sure..

I just really hope he sticks around in the WoO and we don't lose a driver like him to ARCA...

Sat next to Sam and his dad @ the Nationals, when they weren't racing... Really nice people... Hopefully he gets a win vs. the WoO real soon...

I wish Earl still did Eldora's track prep.
