Yes, he goes 3 for 3 at the King of 360's at East Bay. Guess since he is not running for the ASCS National Crown in 2007 he might as well use them up before heading to USAC. According to the ASCS rules you get 3 provisionals a year based on points which I am sure are from last year.
Personally, provisionals suck, race your way in.
