Just listened to John Padjen on the "Full Throttle Racing Show"; he told John Katich that TK would face additional JPM penalties for his actions last week...
He did not say what those penalties would be, but that TK's post race actions were not acceptable behavior and would be punished accordingly.

Cole Trickle got penalized. for driving off pit lane into another driver... so should TK. The only difference is, when Cole did it it was in a MOVIE... I think TK is a great driver, but I really hope this incident shows him to use a little more common sense in the future. If he was a WoO driver in a WoO race when he did that he would have probably been banned for a few races, if not for the rest of the season.
Fenders are like vacuums... they both suck.

JP said that everything posted on the web to date was rumor/innuendo - the additional penalty will be publicized once TK and Tom Rolfe are notified....

Why does JP think now is the time to take action? Why not a few years back when Brent headed the wrong way down the one way on the back straight and went looking for Tim that night. Brent tried to ram TK like TK rammed Forsburg, but Brent couldnt cause his front end was already broken, so when he tried to hit him the car almost flipped lol. Just not sure as to why they would choose now to make an example. With rules like this, it wont take long for this sport that I have loved for my entire life, to be the same as Nascar. Take away the emotion, we will have nothing!

Let me see if I understand what you reported. Brent (I am assuming Brent Kaeding) went after his son, Tim Kaeding on the race track to try and ram TK? Must be another Brent, right?

Oh no, it would be the "BK" you're thinking of. He tried to run into TK after a main event in Chico a few years back. He tried to get to TK while he was comin off of turn 2 after the finish. He gassed it to get to him but his front end was already folded so he couldn't pull off the hit lol

I remember that night... I was so hoping Brent would of caught him to see what would of happened... But also thought he was going to run over his own frontend and flip. I think Tk just gave ol Bk a love tap that night...

As i recall Brent was rather pissed as he waited out the race from the infeild while his car had already been towed back to the pits. Brent stood on the tires in one and two and I thought there was something to go down in the winners circle once TK won. But Brent walked off the track after the race and Tim made some kind of gesture over his way I think he was using both hands. lol Another great night at the track!

Why not just go to a few weeks ago at Placerville when contact was made between Statler and Henry at the start of the heat race. After the checkered flag was thrown, Statler rammed into the back of Henry and sent him flying off the end of the track and another car flipped trying to avoid the situation. I am not sure if Henry's car caught on fire before or after Statler hit him, but, either way it could have been a really bad incident and nothing was done to Statler. Statler had to entire heat race to contenplate what he was going to do, Tim's was a knee jerk reaction. We all know what Tim did was wrong, as well as Tim knows but, he isn't the first driver this season to do something that bone head but, he is made the example of. If you think this is a move that the Kaeding's invented, guess again.

wheelied give it up. you can not compare the 2, henry was being sprayed the whole race and was pulling on the top of the track before statler ever bumped him. he did not fly off, the car never left the ground. you cannot compare the 2 issues, the fire had nothing to do with statlers bump.
but i think if fines are placed on tk, then stalter should be fined for his bradway incident where he kicked in a hood and hit another driver. not a word was said on here about this and im sure there are other incidents that are never talked about.
where tk messed up was going backwards, i bet if he followed andy around the track and gave him a bump after the race none of this would even be discussed.
