Please pray for the young girl burned in the accident at I-44 Speedway. I believe her name is Hailey White. She sustained very bad burns to her face, neck, and legs when her minisprint flipped and caught fire. It was a terrible situation. Please pray for her and her family.

Also a lot of praise needs to be given to donnie ray crawford. after the fire extinguishers ran out, him and several other drivers ran in to help get her out. He was finally able to get the seat belts loose and get her out of the car then fell on top of her and smothered the fire out. Honestly he probably saved this girls life as she was trapped in this car on fire probably close to two minutes.

As Sheila said, our family's prayers are with her.

If any mini sprint people that read this don't have bladders in their cars please get one. I don't want to hear that they are too expensive. You had to buy a suit, helmet, seat, and belts to get started, and you couldn't race without them. A bladder should be in that category as well.

Not to make light of the situation but somebody out there, if you got connections, let the media know about Donnie Ray.

They just did a story on her on channel 5. She was taken to a hospital in Texas. She has 3 degree burns from her neck to her feet. Our prayers are with her.

From Channel Fives website. Address in the article:

A spokeswoman for the Emergency Medical Services Authority says the girl was taken to OU Medical Center in critical condition. She's now at a burn center in Galveston, Texas.

The address to send cards and flowers:

Harli White, Shriner Burn Center, 815 Market St, Galveston, TX 77550

That Shriners burn center in Galveston does some AMAZING things. This young lady is in the top-notch care center for children in the southern U.S. .

My heartfelt prayers and best wishes go out to Harli and her family.

I only had a small area burn once and I can't tell you how painful it was. Thankfully they have taken her to a really good hospital. We're all pulling for you....
