The way it looks to me is they just screwed every regional team in the Ohio area that supported the All Stars.
Racing in the point chase requires racing from Tampa Florida to Skagit Washington. This helps the average sprint car racer in the Ohio region that helped support the All Stars various times of the year how?
Already had a nation sprint car tour with only13 regular participants. Depended on locals to make it a full field.
All Stars only had six regular supporters. Depended on locals to make it a full field. Now they took away opportunities for those guys that did run some All Star shows to race for a pretty good purse at the special events. Don'rt see the positive here.
I must be missing something on how this helps the average racer that makes the sprint car world work.
Sweet, Rico, Kahne, CJB, Larson, and the front running All Star big budget drivers will take the first 10 positions now on a regular basis. Don't see the positive here for past All Star supporters.
Enlighten me....Am I looking at this wrong?

How are they taking away opportunities for guys that run some shows? Aren't they raising the purses through the field a bit?
Who is CJB? I'm scratching my head on that one.

There isn't going to be as many All Star shows in the region. It's national now not regional.
