Why not? It's still the off-season most everywhere. There's still 2-1/2 feet of snow where I live and the most active poster the last week was a troll trying to sell drugs.
According to the WoO all time winners list, 7 drivers from outside the US have won WoO features. As Stan noted on another thread, in reality, most of them live here now, but it makes it seem more exotic to call out their old hometowns and counties at a race track.
Clue: the 7 drivers are from Australia, Canada, and Venus.
What are your guesses?

Here is my list. Deduct for spelling if needed. Gary Brazier, Max Dumnsey, Skip Jackson, Kerry and Ian Madsen, James McFadden, and the sole Canadian is not Rod but Tim Gee.

Let me take a guess. I am pretty sure on six of them.
Ian Madsen
Tim Gee
Brooke Tatnell
James McFadden
Stewart Friesen I think won up in Canada obout 9 or 10 years ago.
The last one I can't think of.
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

oops.....I missed Kerry Madsen. The most obvious driver. I should have checked my list before I submitted my list.

You have 6 out of 7, according to the WoO alltime win list. You have the 4 Australians and the 2 Canadians.
You're missing the one from Venus. I thought I was being clever on the clues, but I was probably just telling a dad joke. Remember some years back there was a book called Women are from Venus, Men are from Mars. So.....
I'm surprised that more Australians haven't won. I would have thought Brazier, Dumsney and Rush would have been on the list as well.

Here's where I'm prepared to be wrong. I was surprised at some of the answers.
By my count, I come up with 11 WoO feature winners who have raced in a NASCAR pavement race.
What are your guesses?
Edit- I actually had 12 on my list but it's obvious now that I missed quite a few.

Let's go with pavement, so I guess that means all 3?
