I may be on my own at the Nationals on Wednesday night. I was considering watching from the infield. Anyone have any advice, tips, etc? Is it worth considering? Cost?
Thanks

If you hang around turns 3 and 4 you can watch the big screen also. I usually watch from a few spots early on but feature time I migrate to turns 3/4. Honestly I prefer the pits rather than being packed in the stands. Be aware of what's going on, those cars are going pretty fast just idling along in the pits.

Agree with this. Standing on ground in 3 & 4 without haulers in infield you can see most of front & back straights. Probably $50 for pit pass. Done it many many times.

Thanks for the info. I'm assuming you just go pay at the pit stand at the west end of the main grandstands?

Yep. West end of stands. Been a few years going to pits at knoxville but most tracks you have to sign the waiver form. My favorite spot to stand is going into three. Like Oswald said you can see all the way down backchute and around 3/4. Then watch screen for 1/2.
