As a PA sprint car fan where we are racing without capacity limits does anyone have any insight on why or when tickets for the kings royal(s) will be available? Want to make the trek out this year.

The why has to do with eldora being considered a large venue due to seating capacity being over 30k.  The state of ohio has a separate commision to approve large venues so it's different than every other dirt track in ohio due to that.   First indicator will be the restrictions placed on the WoO Sprints show at Eldora first weekend of may

They are waiting to see if they are allowed to have full attendence for the Kings Royal before they start opening up ticket sales. Won't say who said this or where they may or may not work (cough cough wink wink), but unless there are no restrictions with occupancy then possibly no Royal. Good news is that I saw it was now announced today that those who were fully vaccinationed could travel and for the most part, the major populated areas in the state are seeing good turnouts. Now that's not to start a political debate after the moderator thread but simply stating if that trend continues and based what has been said among leaders & businesses here in the state, then come July their is a good chance things will be opening up fully.
