Hello everyone, a long time ago I saw a sprint car pedal car in Ohio. I now have a 16month old son and want to build or buy a sweet pedal car! I was hoping maybe one of you may have a lead on a sprint car pedal car, pics, or plans. Much appreciated for your help and time.

Copy, copy, copy!
I used to build horse carriages for a "non measuring" kinda guy, & he would tell me to build one like some other carriage (pointing to it) & say, "but 3 inches longer"
I would copy the running gear off an existing pedal car.
WoO has drawings of sprint car chassis on their website, just scale down the dimensions & copy that too. But if you want the kid to be able to get in, probably have to make the roll cage & wing a bit higher?
Good luck with the sheet metal!

I just googled. There are lots of pedal car plans
The challenge will be making a body that looks like a sprint car

Yeah good thoughts. Probably what I will have to do unless someone has plans or a car for sale. Thanks for the reply.

Suggest you contact Laci White at the Sprint Car Hall of Fame because I believe they've previously had some in their auctions and possibly she can put you in contact with the person who made them. Badger boy
