One question.  After watching the video, I see Reutzel stay in the gas hard and do a 360, right in the middle of the corner with oncoming traffic.  It seems to me that he should have stopped instead of becoming a moving chicane.  I'm somewhat surprised he didn't gather up about 3-5 other cars.  What's the right answer here?  Stop?  Do the 360?

The right answer should be that if you do a 360 they park you at your traler

If you get it straightened out...back on the throttle. Stopping during green would be even more dangerous IMO. I don't know what the allstar rules are but the local tracks used to have a rule that if you are spun by another competitor but don't stop and the caution comes out, they line you up where you blended back in.

Once again classless. Flipping McMahon off while he's still in his car upside down. What an arrogant asshole. I really hope he does it to the wrong guy one day and someone shatters his jaw. It would be well deserved.

I thought that's what I saw watching on Flo too. I actually thought he took a poke at Paul with his left hand - like you said, with Paul hanging upside down in his car.

Honestly, I used to be a fan of his when he would come out here to Ohio and run our Speedweek. Not anymore. Absolutely no class.

Hope it felt good to DD getting his ass handed to him two times in 4 days at his home track by Larson.

Track was garbage, DD looked like garbage, and Strawser probably thought it was a good race. Stout field of cars.

Lincoln is the most overrated track in the country. How many a mains have been one lane snooze fests?

Couldn't tell you the last time I watched a good race there. Same as Williams Grove. The best sprint car racing in PA in recent years has been at Grandview Speedway. Always great racing there.

Less than Port and the Grove. Funny how people are jumping all over Lincoln for this race when there were hot laps and qualifying for 53 cars and 14 preliminary events for 410s on top of a 40 lap feature. Port ends up in a similar condition for a regular show with half the cars and 1 lower hp undercar with a similar or less car count as the 410s.

You could also not talk out your ass when you you don't have reasonable info and/or just want to be biased. Wednesday night's surface was fine.

This right here x 1000.  My buddy and I would occassionally make the trek to Lincoln from central Pa and the racing was garbage every time. Haven't been back in about three or four years. Overrated isn't the word.  I'll take Port Royal over Lincoln or WG seven days a week and twice on Sunday.

I am not going to argue track conditions but there is some thing way wrong in this post. That is Port car counts, you are obviously clueless about that. Port is almost always a three division show with Super Latemodels and another division. The car counts were more times than not over 100 for the three diivisions. I said several times this summer that the car count was sort of too much of a good thing. Talk about talking without reasonable info.

I've been going to Lincoln pretty much weekly since 84, a lot has changed since then. The last couple of years have been kind of a bummer for me. the sprint races just aren't that exciting anymore, maybe the cars are just to equal to pass. The follow the leader stuff gets old at any size track, winged or non winged. I haven't been to my old favorite track much this year. The racing product doesn't seem as good, they drag out almost every show, and this might offend some but I can't stand legend cars they should run them things enduro style at the end of the night. Not a fan of 305s either, they crash a bunch at every track it seems, not just the Grove. Lincoln is not what it used to be and I believe its best times are past them. I just don't feel bad not being there every Saturday these days.

Lincoln used to have the best sprint car racing in central PA hands down, slicing and dicing, back and forth battles, wheelstands, always loved going down there. That's changed dramatically over the past 5 years or so, not sure what the issue is, but most races there are snoozers now. IMO Port has far and away the best sprint car racing in central PA nowadays.

I agree!! Been going to dirt tracks since 1968. I guess i got old, i have no interest in tracks that have 140 cars like Port did on Labor day. I'm down to only going to mostly non time trial shows and no more than 2 div. That don't give me many races anymore to choose from. HAHA.  When see 305's or legends gonna run I just don't go. Sure alot of folks like them. FREE COUNTRY!!

Legends are probably the worst support class. I'm not interested in 305s either, but they're a way for potential sprint car drivers to get started.

First time to Lincoln in 5 years. I wasn't aware that Leon Wintermyer had paved the track. Racing was not at all interesting or exciting. Not worth a 2 hour drive and getting home at 2 am. I look forward to my return in 2026.

So let me get this straight non stop bitching about race tracks drivers etc. Have anyone of you realized how good you have it? I'm in southeast Alberta and haven't laid eyes on a sprint car for a long time

I only made mention of the place because someone always tells us how great the track and the racing is. Next time maybe.
