"Chili Bowel"  I have been in a "Chili Bowel" situation before eating a few "Bowls" of my favorite homemade Chili. Saying said situation was a race would be a gross understatement.....

I know what you mean smoker, "chili bowel" is no fun. I have had it before also. I wouldn't wish "chili bowel" on anyone.

No mavtv at this house.

Looking this over this morning.. it appears:

30$ for RBN to watch the O to D mains today,

then at 6:30 ET, I have to switch streams to lucas oil racing and pay 99$ to watch the C,B, & A?

Is this correct?

the Live MAVTV feed is also on the Lucus Oil app which is only $99 for an entire year.

Racin Boys is about to go live at 9:30AM central with hot laps.  The racing starts at 10:00AM or thereabouts with the O mains.  Racin Boays will have it all day thru late afternoon with the D mains.  They might have the pole shootout also.  They will keep their video feed going for opening ceremonies & then drop off at 7:30 when Mav goes live tv.

I have had the ppv all week & have every year they have offered it.  If you are a racing fan I can't recommend it enough.  Simply outstanding work all week.

The $99 for Lucas oil tv is a 1 year subscription.  They carry a lot of live Lucas Oil late model races during the year.  Around 15 just in February from Florida.  They also show several live ASCS 360 races & various ARCA & other short track action.

All of those are included in the $99.  The content is well worth it if you like late models or ASCS.  Coverage is really good as well.

Other option would be to hit up a local Buffalo Wild Wings or some other sports bar that has DirectTV & would have MAV on channel 214.  May have to ask them to put it on that channel.  I know cause I have done this once a few years ago.

If you have a laptop google tikilive then do a search for MAVtv, mav is included in their package plus deal for 9.99 per month. MAV is broadcsasting last years race now. So far so good and a lot easier on my wallet than the 100 dollar yearly deal.  Utube has replays of the earlier features this week. Happy Day!!!

Must have a yearly sub, not availble to monthly. They must have read the thread about ppl signing up on a monthly to see it and then canceling on other sites.

I tell it like I see it.

Tell me about it... years ago I was visiting some "back to the land hippy" friends in Northern Idaho. Some of their friends had a chili party....vegetarian, moose meat, elk, you name it

It was November, cold, and no indoor plumbing

Outhouse on & off all night..... frown

Sorry, couldn't resist.... wink

Several people suggested tikilive so I went to their website and got the $5.99 per month membership which also includes MAVTV, $9.99 gives you additional content but I only got it for MAVTV.  I had LORTV and was grandfathered in at $60 per year but decided not to renew it at the end of 2018.  Be sure that your device is included on the list of devices on the tikilive site.  If it's listed (I have Roku TV in HD) then a person can test by getting the tiki app on their device and sign up free of charge and make sure you can stream their free content.  If the free content works on your device then all one has to do is go to their website, pay the $5.99 and the extra pay channels are automatically activated to your account.  Your user and password on their site and on your streaming device will be the same.  This service is one of those that renews automatically so be aware of that.  The impact of $5.99 per month vs $39 per month is a lot more manageable if a guy screws up and doesn't cancel like yours truly did last summer.

Anyways, a quick look through the MAVTV content convinced me that it's a better deal (for me) than LORTV.  There is such a large variety of motorsports and custom car content along with the Dave Despain show, one of my favorite motorsports personalities.  This deal must have come along recently as last year at this time I don't recall hearing about tikilive.  MAVTV isn't accessible on most systems so this is a way for those of us who cut the chord to get the MAVTV channel without having to go back to cable or satellite.
