Was kind of surprised to see Selinsgrove not on the All Star schedule, while Hagerstown, MD and Jamaica, VA were added. Selinsgrove is/has been well-rooted in the hotbed central PA sprint scene while Hagerstown seemingly has tried, many times in fact, but it just seems like it is just a bit too far south of the Mason-Dixon for a good consistent sprint draw, and Jamaica, VA is like dark side of the moon to 410 sprint car locale. Lol.
Attempting to be a voice of reason in a world full of
irrationality.

I believe the All Stars wanted Selinsgrove to move the date of their Selinsgrove National Open and the promotors were steadfast on sticking to the September 14th date, thus no All Star sanction for 2019. Last year's race with Ryan Smith winning in the McGhee #11 was a good one.

I guess they're trying to broaden their fan base. I've met Virginny fans who drive up to Pa. for sprints
I wish they would start racing at Eastside Speedway in Waynesboro, Va., where I first got hooked on dirt track back in the 1960s. They currently run fender clases as well as occasional 305 sprinters, plus a drag strip. Pretty drive south from Hagerstown, you could even take Blue Ridge Parkway (Skyline Drive?... not sure of the difference) if you have time on your hands (Its slow)
I'd be there in a minute (actually, a few hours!) if Allstars showed up, can't see driving that far for 305s....
Jamaica, Va. is further East

I'm stocked for the Va. race. I catch the 305 a couple of times a year they make it down to the Va. / N.C. border (Dixieland Speedway). The WoO have run at the Virginia MotorSports park twice I believe, but I missed both as I was out of town. Trying to get some friends to go to expense the difference of 305 and 410s. I do appreciate the show the 305 put on thought.

Looked it up: Its Skyline Drive to Waynesboro, 105 miles thru Shenandoah National park, 3 hr. drive. RT. 81 is a lot faster, but not as scenic
Blue Ridge Parkway appears to be the Southern extension of same road, over 400 miles

I'm pretty sure the oval track at Eastside has been closed a few seasons now. They are only operating the drag strip.
