I am extremely saddened to report that Wiley Miller lost his precious daughter Shawna over the weekend due to a pre-existing medical condition. Shawna was twenty-five and looking forward to a very bright future. Everyone knows the Miller Family from various racing venues and especially Ventura Raceway. The entire family are stand up people and a vital part of our racing community.
There will be a memorial service Friday evening from six to eight p.m. at Rosehills Cemetery in Whittier. That is followed by a burial service on Saturday at eleven a.m.

That is terrible news, Shawna had a great smile, and always seemed happy when ever I saw her. I cannot imagine what Wiley and his family are going through at this difficult time. I will keep the family in my prayers.
