Four races.  World Finals is two race programs spread over three nights.  (Qualifying only on Thursday.)

Go get 'em Joey. Best of luck and to the JJR team. Props to Bobbi and everyone involved for keeping Jason's dream alive. First class people.

I thought i have read several other places that Saldana was happy with the light schedule away from the WoO because it gave him time with his family. I can understand a 4 event comittment and things do change but it seems contrary to his own desires to race a full WoO tour next year if his family is still young.

Btw I applaud him for racing less and fathering/husbanding more.

Even though I may not know you, I

Joey will not return to full time outlaw competition. He’s preparing cars for his kids to run next year and will be active in their young careers.

They can easily find a better, younger driver out there. I am not down playing Saldana,  I just think that if they are going to return in 19 they should be putting one of the hotshots in the seat

Certainly for 2019, I think youre right, but short term for these races Saldana is probably the best free agent out there at the moment and has won at those tracks before.

Joey and JJR are a good fit.

Great oppurtunity for Joey to show he hasn't lost anything.

Hammer down!

I’m curious about this too. No announcement or anything but it looks like he may be

He must be doing the Trophy Cup and then running the KLR 2 at Charlotte.

joey is listed in the trophy cup entry list with the 29 car which i believe is the willie croft entry....willie is listed in the 26 car for trophy cup.

Gold Cup in Tarlton 21. I *think* the World Finals has been on his schedule all year so I'm assuming in the 3G, but I don't know.

Per the Open Red interview it sounded like Joey is not running the trophy cup in the 29 but running Lakeside and Dodge City in the 41 instead.
