Just to provide a short review for you good racin folks. If you haven't seen Mel Gibson's Apocalypto go the next chance you get. Although people with weak stomachs might want to pass. The film was incredibly realistic especially in showing the brutality and stuff of that era. Storyline was great with a better insurmountable odds theme than Rocky. Most people probably won't understand it, but there will never be a better movie made about the subject. the History, the plot, and the acting was pitch perfect. I am still not sure if the civilization in the movie was Mayan or Incan, but I know for sure it wasn't Aztec. Anyhow, Apocalypto was one of the best movies I've ever seen in a theatre. So fellas and ladies get out and see somthing out of the norm, but remember to keep a very open mind.
For those that do go see it, write back on here what you think. As my best friend still hasn't fully regained his normal frame of mind. I think it left quite an impression on him.lol.

I went and saw it Thursday night. I'm almost positive the civilization was Mayan. I liked it. Good story and very visually entertaining.

Yeah. It was a good one!
We went and saw Eragon last night. While the plot is not entirely original I rather enjoyed it and would recommend it.
Typically, I do alot of movie watching in the off-season. LoL
