Noticed that Jim Siegel drove the 58 at the Grove last night. Anyone know if Aaron is out of the ride?

Bruce Ellis didn't really say last night, only that Jimmy Siegel was in the #58 for the night. That being said, I had heard rumors that Ott might be out of the ride. It would be a shame as Aaron did get a win a few weeks back.

The 58 wasn’t at BAPS Thursday night but Aaron was in the pits. Just assumed the team decided not to run. Hope the rumors don’t come true.

BTW, Jimmy Siegel won the feature last night at Lincoln, but in his own #59 car.

Ott isn't out of the car at this moment. From my understanding, that was a bit of a warning shot. Just kind of scaring him a little bit. There were some deals and promises made in terms of landing that ride and at this moment, some of them have bit been followed through as requested.

Aaron Ott is out of the 58, the team will explore different options as far as a replacement driver.... to my understanding.

I know there  were certain stipulations to him landing that ride. Maybe he decided it wasnlt worth it. I know form what I was told last week was basically to light a fire under him. Maybe he just said I don't need it that bad
