So how were the races last night at Jackson? Does it appear the new configuration is making for better racing?

Anyone that didn't like the new Jackson motorplex would have to be brain dead . Everything about this place is great. The only thing that needs improvement is the bottom step to the pit platform and they could use another set of steps at the other end. Too many people trying to get on the platform from one set of steps. But they are not done and I'm sure they will address that issue. Great race track, great racing.

The racing was awesome....and for those who may think I'm being biased, forget that! There were movers in all five heat races racing for passing points to make the top six for the dash. The A Main saw drivers run the bottom, the middle and the top. The winner came from 11th starting position, second place came from 16th and there was racing for position throughout. Justin Henderson spun early and came back from the tail to finish 10th. Track prep was spot on. Doesn't get any better than that. There were 45 winged 360's in the pits. The 305's and the NSL wingless A Mains were also excellent. Everybody left really excited about the Jackson Nationals coming this week. And the payout for that is great.....$2,900.00 to finish 5th in the B Feature.......$1000.00 to start the B.....$3,000.00 to start the A Main! So the Nationals is not just a top heavy purse. Can't wait!

I wish I could go Next weekend but I’ll be watching on DirtVision. I hope it’s a huge success.

Food was great the races were even better all way from heats the B features and especially the A features there's just one thing they need to do and that is to use the scoreboard better if you're not coming for the outlaw shows you might be missing the best races of the year anywhere     GM

We're going to be camping at the track this weekend for the Nationals, any place to get firewood around there? Thanks
