The only way they can keep the outlaws from winning is to cancel.

On a serious note, I hope with all the rain and potential flooding that all the residents of PA and the East coast stay safe. Also, hopefully the loss of electrical power will be at a mininmum. Be safe Posse fans!

The Outlaws should reschedule the Gettysburg Clash at Lincoln and the Morgan Cup right after the Don Martin at Lernerville and the Kings Royal that would make for a must see week and could bring some of the travelers East from Eldora making a true Summer Nationals !!!!!

ANY DRIVERS OTHER THAN THE ALL STARS HEADING wEST to get out of the rain?

Gonna have to head way west - rain in our forecast (western Ohio/Indiana) for today and Saturday. All Stars are in Wisconsin this weekend I believe. Not sure what their forecast is.

I had to laugh at a Twitter post by one of the best open wheel photogs out there, Jack Kromer....he said the best time of year to plant new grass seed is when the WoO is scheduled to come to PA!

Weather certainly has plaqued Williams Grove and their WoO shows over the last several years. They are due for a nice sunny weekend. Maybe in July?? Is there a possabilty of a Sunday rain date? I have not seen it advertised?

Just curious who pays the motel bills for the Outlaws for the last five days I am sure most probably came in Tuesday and havent raced yet Its not a problem for Marks and The Shark Team but the rest are travelers that went through the same thing in Cal. earlier this year?

Do the tracks pay the sanction fee even if they cancel?

Not sure how the hotel figures into it. I was always under the impression the teams were responsible for their lodging. The travel money they got was to be spent in whatever manner deemed appropriate by the team.

As for do tracks pay the sanctioning fee if a show is cancelled, I would imagine if the show was made up then obviously yes, but if the show wasn’t made up I would imagine no, but that’s just a guess on my part.
