Weather was 78 degrees at River Cities Speedway yesterday at 1pm so drove up to watch sprints, late models, M. Mods and Streets. Good field of sprints but below their average of 29 sprints last year; all locals except for Cap Henry. He started 5th I think. Dry Slick feature but still lots of passing. . PS Also I knew East Grand Forks, MN had a Cabela's so we went over there. A Scheels with a different name. Oh, Dobmeier put a whipping on everyone.
Lawlessness and liberalism equals Hell. NY City,
Detroit, Seattle, Chicago, Minnepolis, etc. We saw it.
Burning hundreds of buildings, a thousand assaults and
dozens of murders. Getting worser and worser.

Apparently Cap forgot to stop at the scales @ Cedar Lake after finishing 2nd in the IRA feature on Saturday.

At least he finished high enough to worry about going to the scales... I remember a race I was at once a guy that was leading all race and ended up losing on a restart with 2 or 3 to go just went straight to the trailer and lost his 2nd place finish after being the best car on track for 98% of the race due to not going to the scales.
