Good work USA Today. I had no idea LMR was a sports car team or that Justin was the driver. I thought it was a WoO Sprint team and Shane was the driver. Good thing there's main stream media to keep me straight.

Wow. Glad the journalists fact check everything instead of just saying anything.

If you watch the video, they also mention Kasey KAHN.

Despite the passion we have for the sport, and the fact that it is a thousand times more exciting than "big league" motorsports, this is what most people think of sprint car racing: it's "dangerous" and it's "minor league".
We're lucky that Cup guys come back and leave their mark on the sport, but in doing so, lots of unwanted attention comes with it from buffoons in the sports media.

@brantjames @LarsonMarks is a sprint car team with @shanestewart_2 as the driver. Shouldn't be so hard to look that up?
This was what I posted to Twitter. I doubt he responds.

I also sent him a tweet correcting it. Don't care if he responds, just so he edits his article to get it right and maybe has incentive in the future to take a peak at our favorite sport.

Awesome! I looked an hour or two ago and it wasn't, but figured it was coming. Everyone messes up, glad they corrected it. Thanks.

I'm guessing if his success continues like it has this season Ganassi will put an end to his extracurricular racing. Too much time, effort, money, and sponsor obligations to risk an injury keeping him out of the Cup car. Plus isn't this the last year for the Target sponsorship? A great season by Larson and Ganassi could entice a major sponsor to take Target's place on the car. I'm pretty sure Larson is smart enough to realize what's paying his bills right now and will do whatever it takes.....

I love seeing Larson in a sprint car but in his position probably not a good idea. Tonys was never the same after his Oskaloosa crash.

NASCAR IS POLITICALLY CORRECT.
GOT THERE THUMB ON EVERBODY. CAN`T DO THIS OR SAY THAT.
RATHER BE SPRINT CAR RACING AT KNOXVILLE OR YOUR LOCAL TRACK.
NOTHING CAN COMPARE TO BEING IN THE PIT OR STANDS AND WATCHING
A SPRINT CAR GETTING PUSHED OFF. CHANGING MOTORS IN PARKING LOTS.

I believe Kyle Larson has the Talent and Abilities to be the next Great American Driver to go Abroad and run sucessfully in F1.
I don"t want to see him go. But I believe He can do it.
