Not sure what exactly happened with the Pete Grove ride and you're right he's bounced around the last few years. No news as far as next year quite yet. He does have a family ride he could fall back on though I'm not sure if they have the equipment and $ flow to run the entire All Star schedule. Danny's a good young talent who'd be more advanced in his career if he had better luck with rides or at least sticking with one ride.

I totally agree with that. As I said in a recent post on another topic, back in 2010, there was no doubt in my mind that by this time, Holtgraver and Gravel would both be on the WoO circuit making some noise. Gravel has done that and even somewhat exceeded my expectations as far as how he's quickly become a championship contender but Danny has been a different story. Not bashing him at all. I actually really like him and I think his potential to be a top driver in our sport is still very high but the ride jumping has definitely hindered him. I have no idea why he hasn't been able to make something stick but opportunities in this sport are hard to come by. Whether it's luck or some other reason, I have no clue but it would be nice to see him land something stable where he can show what he's capable of. He seems like a really nice guy and I'd love to see him catch a break.

Agree with you. I remember Danny his last year in the family D4 and his then his first year with the All Stars and thought, he's got "it" and was only about 20 -21 at the time. Thought he'd be at least contending for All Star title by now, if not in a WoO ride. Danny's a nice, quiet kid with loads of talent. I think there was some dissention during the whole All Star-Renegade fiasco. I think Danny wanted to back All Stars and Hunter (his owner at the time) was intrumental in the Renegade deal. Not sure if that has had lingering effects (I don't suspect it has), but that definitely came at a time when he split with Hunter. Still loads of talent, just needs a stable deal.

Danny gave an update on IG stating that nothings been going on this winter (assuming he means opportunities for a ride) so as of right now he'll be running a limited schedule consisting of All Star and WoO shows in PA in his family D4 ride. I'm also assuming he's still looking for a full time ride or another part time gig to supplement his schedule since he says in the post "at this point" and also says he'll update as more things unfold.
