I wonder if this chassis could be used for 3 or 4 different classes to keep the car count under control(low)- and find a way to create a superior class that could use state of the art unlimited but yet also limited engines that cost in the ball park of what a new Suburban does and regular (often) rebuilds that cost roughly what a nice enclosed trailer costs. That would be pretty cool- I would order now if I could afford it! .

That might be just the thing to replace 360 and 305 sprint cars for entry level racers. It should cost a lot less and would prevent anyone from confusing them with real sprint cars.

I see no need for another division.

I would be absolutely amazed if these retail under 10 grand.. the engine is a yamaha r1..that bike retails for between 15-17 grand depending on which model you choose... there is only a small handfull of side by side-utv models that retaill under 10K and those are small engine stripped down models.....heck a new 250 or 450 motocross bike retails around 9 grand. Not sure how they are going to market a $15,000 entry level racecar to a community that is used to putting hornets and hobbystocks on the track for 2-5 grand and can spend under 10 grand for a very nice micro-minisprint. I imagine these are going to appeal to people who have the budget to buy a new legends car but want something that looks a bit more like a modern dirt modified. Performance wise these will have a bit more HP and should be lighter and handle better on dirt than a legends car. And I imagine that by the time there are 10 of these things in one area somebody will have spent 4 grand to improve their stock shocks, will have replace a majority of the hardware with titanium, and will be begging the promoter to let them use softer wider hoosier tires and get builders involved in cranking the motors up even more.
Loose is when you hit the wall with the rear of the
car, tight is when you hit the wall with the front of
the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and
torque is how far you move the wall.

You have to be kidding, or you are a little messed up in head. To me these belong as another class they run with legend cars.

INEX, who sanctions US Legend Cars, had a Dirt "Modified" a while back that failed to take wing.

There are a lot of options for motorcycle powered racing already that are affordable with Legends, Dwarfs, ModLites, SlingShots, etc... so they're trying to enter a fairly crowded market.

Jack the LR up about 18" beat the hell out of all the sheet metal and you've got a winner right there
just what dirt tracks need another no passing garbage class to rut up the track and add a couple dozen yellows to the friday night program so they can run late and cut the sprint car feature short for curfew.
the demo derby is on sunday

Agreed. Not to mention, that could be ugliest thing I've laid eyes upon since we were blessed by those god awful SpeedSTR's in central Pa.
