17 cars (out of 49) flipped on that track last night. Luckily no one was seriously injured,  especially Cole Duncan. Yes, they got a lot of rain, but with that kind of carnage, when does driver safety come into play?

The entire track was like that.

Which one? There were 2 in different spots going into turn one as you enter and from where the cars go into the pit area. Had a big one in turn 3 that took up basically the entire middle of the track and a lot of drivers still couldn't avoid it. Sadly, it has become typical of this place lately to have ruts like that especially in turn 1.

A big part of the problem was that the rain and cool weather made for a surface that wouldn't dry out. It stayed wet and heavy all night. When a car started to bounce a little, it worked out okay if you could keep it straight...but if you bounced a little sideways, the tires dug in and over you went.

Some guys negotiated the high line in turn 3 all night. Some tried it and got bit. Others like Chad and Dale just stayed low through 3 and 4
