TITLE: Wicker Bills
T. Airfoils, wings, spoilers or other aerodynamic appendages will not be permitted. The Chief Steward or Technical Director may have any panel or part removed which, in their opinion, is not within the spirit or intent of this rule.
U. All paneling must not extend past edge of frame rails more than thickness of material. No wicker bill may extend (a) vertically above main down tubes (b) rearward from back of rear down tubes (c) above top of roll cage (d) below the bottom frame rails.
V. One (1") inch turnout allowed on all body and sail panel edges, except sun visor.
Right rear tires for all national races: SP2, SP3, or SP4.
